- 5 points per $1 spent on groceries and restaurants
- 2 points per $1 spent on gas, electric vehicle charging, recurring bills, and travel booked through À La Carte Rewards
- 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases
That’s a return of up to 2% on your purchases. But that’s not what makes it sweet.
It’s the $250 in annual travel reimbursements. Every year you can get reimbursed up to $250 for these expenses:
- $100 in airport parking,
- $100 in checked bag fees, and
- $50 in airline seat selection.
These fees turn an annual fee of $150 into one that pays you $100.
It also offers the following:
- 10 types of insurance, and
- unlimited access to the National Bank lounge in Montreal-Trudeau airport.
