What is this refreshed offer?

When you transfer a balance from an existing credit card to the in the MBNA True Line^® Mastercard^®, you’ll get 0% interest for 12 months on the balance you transfer in the first 90 days (it previously didn’t have an offer).

This is an unmatched offer in Canada right now, even with its balance transfer fee. To get this offer, you’ll be charged either 3% of the total amount being transferred, or $7.50, whichever is more.

After the promotion ends, you’ll still be paying a low interest rate of 12.99% on any balance that remains, as well as new purchases. Just note this card still has a high cash advance interest rate of 24.99%.

And with no annual fee, this card will give you even more savings every year.

If you'd like, you can initiate your MBNA True Line application on our website by logging in to your creditcardGenius account and clicking "I Want This Deal" for this card on our GeniusCash offers page. You will then be redirected to the bank's website where you'll need to finalize the application. Please note that we're not a bank, so we don't issue cards.

You'll be able to track the application in your creditcardGenius dashboard under the "Your Offers" section. As long as we receive confirmation from the bank that you were approved for the card and you met all other eligibility requirements that you can find in the Terms and Conditions under each offer – you will get your GeniusCash sent directly to your preferred method of payment (PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account) that you can set up in your creditcardGenius account.
