How much your rewards are worth

Our review
Any card that will let you redeem your cash back whenever you want, is usually pretty appealing.
While sometimes it can be fun to let your rewards accumulate, other times you just want to redeem them when you want and not when you’re told you can.
This is a feature that the TD Cash Back Visa offers.
This cash back Visa from TD allows you to earn 1% cash back on groceries, gas and electric vehicle charging, public transit, recurring bill payments, and streaming/digital gaming/media purchases – plus 0.5% cash back on all other purchases.
The best part? Once you have at least $25 earned, you can redeem your cash back whenever you want as a statement credit.
Not to mention, there is no limit or cap to the amount of rewards you can earn.
This card has no annual fee, and you can add secondary cardholders for free, letting you rack up those cash back rewards even quicker.
No annual fee, doesn’t always mean no included insurance. This card comes with:
- Extended warranty: Eligible purchases you make with your card will have the manufacturer's warranty doubled, up to an extra year.
- Purchase Protection: Covers any purchases you make in case they are lost, stolen, or damaged within the first year.
If you have a higher annual income, a higher annual spend, and don’t shy away from an annual fee, you should have a look at the premium version of this card. The

Tried the TD priority line at Blue Jays game during a promotion game. 3 hours early. Nothing left. I think our line was a lot slower than all the other lines. Won’t use the TD line again! 1/2% on purchases…..garbage
Will be giving up this card!
SCAM. They demand word "yes" instead if safe, clear answer for their question, meaning agree for their offer. For example: "you can send the documents to my e-mail". What is not clear here? It is easy to edit any audio record, and use your "yes" for whatever they want. They refuse in providing their service without getting the "yes" from you. After i gave them my e-mail and agree, but refused to say word yes, they say " if you don't give us your e-mail...." literally.... Extremely mean. BEWARE!
It's nothing special, there are better cards out there, but it gets the job done.
TD has no good credit cards, this is one of them , only 1% back ? This can’t be serious.
This is my very first card, bundled with my student banking offer. I rarely use it nowadays, but I keep it for my credit history. This is good to use maybe if you're renting a car from Avis or Budget. You can also get extra Starbucks stars, but I rarely go there.
