All you have to do is link your accounts together – you can do so here. And you’ll earn 400 bonus Aeroplan points after you make your first purchase at Starbucks. Easy free points just for linking your accounts.
It’s a simple process and you’ll be double dipping on rewards at Starbucks.
What can you earn for Aeroplan points?
So what can you earn for Aeroplan points?
Here’s what you’ll earn when you load your digital Starbucks card.

The sweet spot is to load $75 at a time, and earn 150 points every time you do so.
We value an Aeroplan point at 2 cents each, making 150 points worth $3. For every $75 you load, that’s a return of 4%, just on the Aeroplan points. You’ll get slightly less return if you load between $50 and $75.
If you want to redeem Aeroplan points for Starbucks gift cards, you’ll need 20% fewer points. A $25 Starbucks gift card typically costs 3,200 points, but when you link your accounts you’ll only need 2,560, giving a value of almost 1 cent per point.
There’s also some limited time offers for earning Aeroplan points at Starbucks. Here are 2 offers running right now.

Your turn
There’s nothing like double dipping rewards, and in this case, it’s as simple as linking your accounts together.
And if you want to take it a step further and triple dip, just use the right rewards credit card for all your Starbucks purchases.
