RBC Signature Rewards Visa first year free offer ending
Right now, the
- 3,500 RBC Rewards points after your account is approved,
- 3 months of free DoorDash DashPass (worth $30), and
- first year free.
The first year free part is going away on November 1, 2021. The annual fee is $39 for this card, so you’re missing out on a little extra savings if you apply after November 1st.

If you’re new to the card, here are the basics on what this RBC credit card offers.
You’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent on all purchases. Each of these RBC Rewards points is worth 1 cent each when redeemed for travel or transferred to WestJet Rewards, for a return of 1% on all your spending.
You’ll also get the usual RBC perks with Petro-Canada (save 3 cents per litre on fuel and earn 20% bonus Petro Points), and with Rexall (earn 50 Be Well points per $1 spent).
And, it comes with 4 types of insurance, for the previously stated annual fee of $39, which is waived if you’re a student.
