The BMO Blue Rewards Chequing Account is essentially a replacement for the old BMO Air Miles plan. This account has a monthly fee of $17.95 and comes with a list of features.
Earn Blue Rewards on purchases

There's also a large welcome bonus. When you get a new Blue Rewards Chequing Account along with a Savings Amplifier account, you can get up to 135,000 bonus points for completing specified actions. How to get the full bonus can be viewed here.
1,500 Blue Rewards points are worth $10 when redeemed for in-store savings. This makes your welcome bonus points worth up to $900.
Monthly bonus points
There are 2 ways you can earn even more points.
If you can keep a minimum daily balance of $4,000, you'll get some bonus points. 500 bonus points will be yours every month you can keep it up.
