Earning Aeroplan points with Harbour Air
You can only earn Aeroplan points on scheduled Harbour Air flights – you won't earn points on any charter flight.
You earn a set amount of points for each flight, depending on which fare class you pick.
- Flex Fare: 200 Aeroplan points
- Comfort Fare: 150 Aeroplan points
- Value Fare: 100 Aeroplan points
- Light Fare: No points
Here’s a breakdown of what each fare offers:
| Fare type | Description |
|---|---|
| Flex | Earn the highest number of Aeroplan points, and enjoy the most flexibility. You can cancel or change your flight for no cost – right up until 1 hour before departure. Plus, you can pack up to 50 lbs of luggage, and you can get your agent booking fee waived. |
| Comfort | If you’re travelling lighter and don’t anticipate changing your plans, you can save with Comfort, which offers 25 lbs of luggage. However, you’ll earn fewer Aeroplan points, and flexibility is restricted. |
| Value | Travel even lighter with up to 15 lbs of baggage. However, you’ll have less flexibility and earn fewer Aeroplan points. |
| Light | Light offers the lowest possible price, but doesn’t allow for cancellations or alterations. Plus, you won’t earn any Aeroplan points with Harbour Air’s new partnership, and you can only pack 10 lbs of luggage. |
At this time, you can only earn points with Harbour Air, not redeem them. However, Harbour Air announced that you will be able to redeem Aeroplan points for Harbour Air travel starting in 2026.
To get your Aeroplan points, you'll need to create a Harbour Air Club account and add your Aeroplan number.
This announcement follows another recent Aeroplan update for BC travellers, Aeroplan’s partnership with Helijet, which allows travellers to earn 250 Aeroplan points per flight.
