How much your rewards are worth
The dollar value of your rewards depends on the specific rewards program ‒ and what you choose to redeem your points for. For Air France KLM World Elite MasterCard in particular, if you spend $2,000 per month, here's our estimated annual rewards earned depending on which reward you choose:
| Flights | $516 |
Calculating your annual rewards
$24,000 annual spending x 2.15% return on spending = $516 annual rewards
$516 annual rewards − $132.00 annual fee = $384 net annual rewards

worst customer service i ever dealt with . The customer service who answer the phone are not professional and they look like they are forced to work in this place . They took almost one hour to dispute one item
I already have status with Air France/KLM. They seem like they do not want the business of people who already have status, they want the churners instead. Awful application process, awful customer services. Missing miles, missing XP. Cancelled.
Took me almost 6 weeks to get this card from date of application. I had to supply a photo of myself holding up my drivers licence! Yes, really. Then once the card was received trying to set the pin was a complete pain. Their system doesn't seem to like working on apple products. I received Silver status with KLM/Air France on a promo and no annual fee for the first year. I'm going to see how the card goes, how it works whilst travelling and then decide wether to keep the card or not when the fee becomes due. I'm using it mostly to book well priced business class tickets to Europe/Africa, direct on the KLM/Air France website. I received a healthy credit limit which might be another reason to keep it. We'll see........
Customer services is horribly slow. Brim takes the tech out of fintech, archaic processing of identity, by sending photos over email.
Several weeks of processing time, meanwhile I can get similar cards in 24 hours or less. This didn't speak well to me for a key financial product that I would use while travelling. So I ended up withdrawing my application (yet they still proceeded to pull a hard credit check).
Now considering amex instead.
