A new Marriott Bonvoy promotion offers members up to 4,500 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points at participating hotels and resorts worldwide.

Members of the Marriott Bonvoy rewards program earn 1,500 bonus points on eligible hotel stays and 3,000 additional points on stays at participating resorts. That's on top of any regular points you earn on your stay.

This offer is valid on each stay of 2 or more nights as long as you're not using points or awards to pay for your stay. The offer runs from September 22 until November 22, 2026.

Who is eligible

Any Marriott Bonvoy member is eligible to receive up to 4,500 points for each stay of two or more nights as long as they register for the promotion by November 13.

Once you're registered, the bonus points will be awarded on any stays of two or more nights booked at a "points-eligible" rate. That means you won't get the bonus points if you're using points or awards to pay for your stay (even if you're using a combination of points and cash).

Stays booked through third-party sites are mostly ineligible, so it's safest to book directly with Marriott. Note that if you book multiple rooms at the same time, you'll only get the bonus points for one of the rooms.

Some specialty properties are excluded from the offer, such as The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and BVLGARI, but most hotels and resorts that participate in the Marriott Bonvoy rewards program are included. That means you can earn bonus points for stays at more than 7,000 hotels and resorts around the world.

How much are Marriott Bonvoy points worth?

The value of Marriott Bonvoy points varies depending on how, where, and when you redeem them.

If you redeem them for hotel stays, they can be worth as much as 2.4 cents per point (CPP), but on average they're worth 1.24 CPP. That means 1,500 bonus points are worth an average of $18.60, and the full 4,500 bonus points for a stay at a resort are worth $55.80.

This may not seem like a huge amount, but when combined with other promotions, it can add up fast.
