Not even worth a Rating. Every purchase I make, out of country, I have to call in to customer service. I spend 25 to 40 mins on the phone for every purchase. What are the advantages ? I haven't found one yet. Frustrated and going to use T.D or Scotiabank, maybe they want the business. CIBC is horrible.
FYI - As with ALL Canadian credit cards (when using at any gas bar that requires a ZIP) you simply enter the three NUMBERS in your Postal Code followed by two zeros (IE: for postal code V4B4K8 > enter 44800). It works every time everywhere.
I only have it to make USD purchases, online and traveling. Some places in the US did not accept it, including gas bars (no zip code associated, still a Canadian card).
