It has been the worst of all my credit cards. They are very hard to contact over the phone although they are friendly when you finally do get them. My credit card statements were returned to them for some reason and instead of contacting me they just made a 30 day late report on my credit score. Because of this, they cut back my credit limit without telling me and I had to find out the hard way. A little more communication would go a long way. Now to wait 7 years for that 30 day late payment to go off my credit score. :( Thanks a lot!! There are much better cards out there. I have had my Royal Bank Visa and BMO Mastercard for many years and never had an issue.
No annual fees, easy, no problems. It's your basic VISA.
for a low annual fee you can enjoy a lower interest rate card making it perfect in this current economy
great - no fees and no hazzle.
and it is accepted everywhere
Really simple, great for a first credit card! CIBC makes it really easy to bank especially with a mobile app!
My credit limit keeps going up which I have no issue with as the app also allows you to create budgets for yourself! You can also add this card to apple pay which is risky because I find I spend way more money but also incredibly convenient! I would recommend this to anyone looking at getting their first credit card!
