Applied and received the card without a hitch, but after making 2-3 small purchases, I went Christmas Shopping and my card was blocked. Called customer service, who could not explain why, and started asking me really odd security questions for which they should have NOT have the info (ie, the name of my kids?!). When I refused to answer that question, they further blocked my card and requested in a very rude tone that I go in a branch. I then went to the nearest branch, where despite being alone and speaking with a clerk immediately, had to spent 1h30 without the slighest explanation. Even the helpful clerk was completely taken aback, as they had HER call and speak to a fraud agent, who refused to take her word (I came prepared, with even my passport as ID proof). Incredible waste of time
