If you want to check the status of your GeniusCash Offer on the website, log in and navigate to your dashboard. You'll find the GeniusCash Offers you've claimed listed under "Your Offers," along with the current status. In the app, go to your profile, then Cash, and tap the pending offer to see the status.

If you were approved for the product or service you applied for and have not received your GeniusCash payment after 2 weeks, please submit a ticket: On the website:

• Log in to your dashboard
• You'll see a list of all GeniusCash Offers you've clicked on
• Click the GeniusCash Offer you'd like to open a ticket for and the timeline will appear
• Click "Open ticket", which will take you to the page to create your ticket

• Tap your profile image to go to your profile
• Tap the Cash tab
• Tap an offer in the list
• Tap the "Submit a ticket" link

The application reference number can be found in the email you received from our partner after applying for the product. Sometimes, it's at the end of the subject line. It may be called the Application Number, Reference Number, Case ID, PCN Number, or Application Reference Number. You may also find it in your messages when you log in to your online banking.

If you're unable to locate this number, please contact the partner directly. For privacy reasons, we are unable to retrieve your application number ourselves.

Once you locate your application reference number, please send it to us via email or update your ticket directly.

You'll receive your GeniusCash payment via Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. You can select your preference by visiting your profile settings and confirming the email address for your preferred method of payment.

You can reset your GeniusID password from your profile in the app or online. If you're trying to log in and can't remember your password, select "Forgot password" and we'll send you an email that walks you through the password reset process.

Your GeniusID is what you use to log into moneyGenius.ca, creditcardGenius.ca, and the GeniusCash app. No matter which platform you initially used to create your GeniusID account, you'll use the same credentials to log into all three platforms.

You can find the e-Transfer password to accept your GeniusCash payment in the payment preferences section of your moneyGenius, creditcardGenius, or GeniusCash app profile. Make sure you're logged in with the same GeniusID that you used to claim the offer.
