I was with capital one for around 3 years. Always in good standing and 100% of my payments made on time. Went to use my card to pay my phone bill like i do every month and it wouldnt go through. Found out it "permanently restricted" and then when i called them to find out why or how to fix it they closed my account for "business decisions". So i waited 30 days and applied for this card. Got approved, used it once and then same deal happened with this one. This caused my credit score to tank which i was working on rebuilding. Horrible experience and would highly recommend staying as far away from captial one as possible. Had to put ★☆☆☆☆ but really its ☆☆☆☆☆. 0/10
