GeniusCash Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the eligibility for and payment of GeniusCash through your use of and/or participation in a GeniusCash promotion offered through the Sites.

You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions for the GeniusCash rewards program upon your participation in any promotion or other use of the Sites in connection with or relating to GeniusCash from the moment you click to submit an application for any promotion, register or create an account on the Sites, or submit any information on the Sites which may make you eligible to earn GeniusCash. In addition to the foregoing, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions whether or not you qualify to earn GeniusCash.

GeniusCash payments can only be claimed through an active creditcardGenius or moneyGenius user dashboard and through an active PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account, and are subject to the rules and terms associated with your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer accounting, including PayPal and Interac’s privacy policy.

We distribute earned GeniusCash tickets, payable in Canadian dollars to qualified participants on or around the last day of each month. GeniusCash tickets will expire twenty six (26) weeks after the applicable offer expires; this means the ticket will be closed and not be capable of being collected. You must open any GeniusCash ticket within twelve (12) weeks of your application for any other GeniusCash offer. Qualified participants will be sent an email notification letting them know their GeniusCash is ready to be claimed – your creditcardGenius and/or moneyGenius user dashboard will also be updated accordingly. Neither the Sites nor any third party is responsible for email address inaccuracies provided by the participant or your inability to access your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account. We reserve the right to cancel any PayPal payments or Interac e-Transfers that are not accepted, collected, or otherwise redeemed within four (4) weeks of the date payment is transferred to your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account

GeniusCash is paid at the discretion of WeyMedia Inc. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend any GeniusCash payment without reason, at any time without prior notice or liability.

GeniusCash rights are non-transferable, and there is no other payment alternative. GeniusCash is only available to Canadian residents who have attained the age of majority in their province/territory of residence.

Under no circumstance will WeyMedia Inc. (carrying on business as creditcardGenius.ca and moneyGenius.ca) nor any of its affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, or successors be liable for damages of any kind relating to GeniusCash, including your ineligibility to earn or inability to claim GeniusCash. Any interpretations, questions or disputes regarding GeniusCash shall be resolved at our sole discretion and all decisions made by us shall be final.

Use of merchant names and/or logos (including those of any third party beside creditcardGenius.ca, moneyGenius.ca and WeyMedia Inc.) in connection with GeniusCash is by permission of each respective merchant, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
