Responsibilities

Here are some of the things you could be working on:

  • Accounting support with focus on sending invoices, processing payments, corresponding with partners, or assisting with month-end closing and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with technology, or blogging platforms is a definite asset.
  • Weekly processing and publishing of articles in both HowToSaveMoney.ca and creditcarGenius. Include proofreading and spell checking.
  • Regular research and data update of various spreadsheets.
  • Manage all social media accounts and schedule updates.
  • Manage emails accounts and respond to relevant emails and inquiries.
  • Review and delete spam comments on blogs.
  • Update monthly earnings report.
  • Assist in monthly reporting on key metrics.
  • Assist in project-based and/or ad hoc tasks as needed.
