Who we need

We need an unrelenting Director of Growth and Partnerships to expand our reach and partnerships in Canada, US, and beyond.

  • You'll identify opportunities and potential clients and spearhead mutual high-value relationships.
  • You'll actively nurture and develop relationships with new and current clients ‒ ensuring we have a deep understanding of their goals and needs.
  • As a champion of our brand, products, and services, you'll prepare and review proposals as well as negotiate terms that reflect what's right for all sides.
  • You'll oversee the development and implementation of new revenue streams.
  • You'll collaborate with teams to meet client's needs, requests, and proposals.
  • You'll use our analytics tools to produce reports with insights to successes and lessons learned.
  • You'll champion a culture of high-standards, fun, accountability, belonging, perseverance, and transparency.
  • You'll coach, challenge, and develop high-potential team members into business development roles in response to company growth.
  • You'll implement new tools, reports, and metrics as needed.
  • You'll wear many different hats in a lean, agile, and fast-paced culture.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of progressive experience in business development.
  • You understand what makes people tick and you focus your message on your audience.

  • You're a clear and prompt communicator, and you use proof as your tool for persuasion.
  • You enjoy networking and meeting people, ready to spot opportunities and potential team-members.
  • You're a voracious reader, always hungry to learn ‒ and apply what you've learned.
  • You're trusted and trustworthy and you look after your team and your clients.
  • You're good with numbers, spreadsheets, and math doesn't scare you.
  • You're comfortable with technology, live in the cloud, and can learn and adapt quickly.
  • You nurture the people around you and bring them together.
